Daniel Bayer served over 20 years as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Sun Communities, a real estate investment trust. He also served as the principal of Sundance Properties LLC, a small operator of manufactured home communities and RV resorts.
Dan has closed over $40 million in real estate transactions. He has been integral in creating many of the business processes and the architecture of web-based software that makes Sun Communities one of the nation's leading property management companies. Dan earned a Masters Degree from the Stephen Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. But does not hold that against Sanford Aaron.

Sanford Aaron has been involved in commercial transactions on many different levels. He has participated in all aspects of the acquisition of over 900,000 square feet of commercial real estate and over 1,200 multifamily units in five states, the value of which exceeds $150 million. He has negotiated leases for office space with the Big Three Automakers, performed due diligence work on the acquisition of regional shopping malls for The Taubman Company, and provided tax planning and entity structuring for the acquisition and development of an entire city in Northern Virginia. He is also a member of the Michigan Bar Association.
